How the night works
- Walk the floor. Tap anywhere to walk, or tap a table to line up there. The action button handles water, checkout, and stairs.Click anywhere to walk, or click a table to line up there. You can also move with WASD or the arrow keys and act with E or Space.
- Line up and taste. When you reach the pourer, pick a bottle from the table's lineup. Then sip it for enjoyment or taste & dump to keep your head clear.
- Watch your buzz. Every sip adds up. Tipsy guests drift, and if you overdo it you'll need a sit-down. Water helps.
- Answer your friends. They text requests to your phone (Tab). The booklet's Find tab shows who pours what, but some things (really dry, really strong) you only learn by tasting.
- Buy before 8. Add bottles you tasted to your buy list, then check out at an ordering station. Your budget is $300.
- Chase the moments. The welcome pour ends at 6. Rare bottles open without warning, and honored pourers take shifts.
Breweries, bottles, grades, prices, and table layouts come from the Sake Day 2024, 2025, and 2026 booklets. Tasting notes, SMV, acidity, and alcohol are invented by the game. The people are fictional.
